IN ORDER TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT WE REQUEST A 50% DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING YOUR SERVICE. IF A GUEST WISHES TO CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT THEY MUST CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT AND WILL RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE DEPOSIT.

Rescheduling Policy

AT THE BEAUTY BAR DESIGN STUDIO, WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS AND SCHEDULES CAN CHANGE. HOWEVER, TO RESPECT THE TIME OF OUR STYLISTS AND OTHER CLIENTS, WE KINDLY ASK FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS' NOTICE WHEN RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, A 50% FEE OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED. THIS POLICY HELPS US MANAGE OUR TIME EFFICIENTLY AND ALLOWS US TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER GUESTS ON OUR WAITLIST.

WE ARE HERE TO MAKE IT RIGHT. WE DO OUR BEST WITH THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS AND TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE TO ENSURE CLIENTS RECEIVE WHAT THEY ARE EXPECTING. MANY TIMES A DESIRED LOOK IS A JOURNEY AND ONLY ACHIEVABLE WITH MULTIPLE SERVICES AND VISITS. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR HAIR ISN’T EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANTED, PLEASE COME IN FOR A REDO WITHIN 7 DAYS. WE MUST SEE YOUR HAIR TO DETERMINE IF THE DISSATISFACTION IS AN ERROR ON OUR PART SO WE CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH GETTING YOUR HAIR WHERE WE WANT IT.

Credit Card Fee

THERE IS A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE ON TRANSACTIONS WHEN USING CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, YOU ARE WELCOME TO AVOID FEES BY USING DEBIT CARD OR CASH.
